Pros: -Low power consumption for its performance (works perfectly fine on a 300 watt system, despite it saying 400 watts here).
-Needs no extra power connectors. Just slide it into a PCIE slot and you're set.
-Low profile so it will fix even in the most cramped micro ATX case

Cons: -Not good for any serious gaming. It will work for stuff like World of Warcraft, but any games made in the last 2-3 years will run very poorly.

Other Thoughts: The card's performance is equivalent to around a GeForce 8600 GT or so. It will do amazing for its price (especially if you get this on sale - I got mine on a shell shocker for $20).

Other Thoughts: HDMI 1.4 support required for 3D playback on my 50" LG Plasma. My older HD4550 did not support this, and I could not get PowerDVD11 to output the correct format from my internal Bluray DVD player. This card fixed the problem. I am very happy with the card.

Pros: Simple, efficient, easy to work with. As another reviewer mentioned this particular 1U comes WITH a riser card for PCI-E. That was a huge plus over their other atom 1U systems. Works with VMWare ESXi 4.1 perfectly other than a warning about a case fan... which it lacks.

Cons: None for me other than all the screws to open it. Some people complain they are a little loud due to the power supply fan, but they are being picky.

Other Thoughts: Simple, worked right out of the box. Bought as a package with a 2GB stick of RAM, and 1TB HDD. I already have a couple atom 1U systems running as Untangle firewalls and had purchased this to be yet another. Now I am going to try it out as a light weight VMWare ESXi host and see if I can run both a firewall and a light web or file server.
