Pros: Great price for a descent laptop plus there is alot of room for expansion. I purchased 8 gb of ram and a tb external hard drive and converted a $650 laptop into what would be a $800.
Cons: Speakers suck. Toshiba puts alot of their software on the laptop when you first get it but it's not hard to remove.

Cons: Haven't found any so far - thought that there wasn't a keyboard control for volume but I just had to decipher a few graphics - for reference FN + 3 or 4 turn the volume up and down.
Other Thoughts: I recruited a friend to help me look through all of the laptops with at least an i5 processor we could find on the web. I also wanted something with good graphics (aka not standard Intel grapics and with dedicated memory for graphics) so I wouldn't have to worry about my games not working with the computer (Fallout, Sims, etc). I'm really picky and want to play with the graphics at least on normal, I hate having to turn settings down. :-) Between the processor and the graphics card I haven't had any problem running anything. It's a very polished package and so far I am quite happy with my purchase. Lots of laptops fall in this price range but this was a very researched purchase and I am still confident I made the right choice.

Pros: For the price, this is a beast of a CPU. Whether the fourth core is unlocked or not, this CPU rocks. It runs on par with my other systems running an AMD Phenom X6 1090T (3.2ghz), my Intel core i7-2630 (2.0ghz) and my Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 (2.4ghz) under almost all loads, without the fourth core unlocked, except some of the very rare pure CPU applications out there... for gaming, there isn't a need for anything more powerful than this as long as you've got a gaming GPU and good RAM to run alongside this puppy, unless of course you just need to be the big man on the block who runs those extra overpowered cores ;)
Cons: Nothing! If you don't get one that has the extra core to unlock, don't worry about it, it is still WELL worth the price because it is a great little CPU!

Other Thoughts: For the price, this chip can't be beat! As a triple core chip, its really nice. As a quad core with L3 cache, its even better. It was really easy to unlock the 4th core and L3 cache with Biostar A880G+ motherboard.
Pros: Unlocked 6MB Cache CPUID reads it as a Phenom X4 B45.Very fast cpu stays cool on stock fan.I picked it up for 60 bucks so it was a steal A Phenom X3 for 60 bucks!

Pros: Networked receiver. I love net radio. I control it frequently from my ipod with Yahama's app. Great sound and setup was easy. Currently running:

Other Thoughts: Definitely not using this receiver to its full capabilities but am really happy to be able to upgrade all the other components and not have to worry about this for awhile. Paid $400.
